Sara Quintavalle : She started practicing in 2000 in London. Under medical advice she decided to try Yoga to cope with some health problems. The love for the practice led Sara to deepen the discipline from the beginning and she started to study and experiment different traditions.
For several years she studied the Iyengar method. She attended the Iyengar Yoga Instiute in Maida Vale and the school of John and Ursula Shirbon in London. He learns in detail about alignments and the use of supports in practice.
In 2006 he met Lance Schuler and completed the first teacher training course at the Inspya Yoga School in Byron Bay, Australia founded by Lance himself.
After the London experience and several months of study-trip to Australia and Thailand in 2007 he moved permanently to Italy, started teaching, and completed the second training school at Hari-om.
Sara continues the study and deepening of the practice, regularly participates in seminars and retreats in various parts of the world.
Sara teaches a fresh and dynamic style that combines the precision of Iyengar and the dynamism of Vinyasa. The lessons are composed of Asana (physical exercises), Pranayama (breath control techniques) and meditation. Her experience allows her to adapt the lessons to people of different ages, physical and emotional condition, creating new lessons and therefore new stimuli for the students.
Her goal is to accompany students towards the way, of listening, of change, of awakening to make contact with a deeper dimension of being. Love, sharing, compassion, are the key words of the message he wants to convey.
In 2009 Satya, the yoga school that she founded, was born. The school wants to be a reference point for all people who want to search, discover and share this wonderful path.
