Lesson suitable for everyone

Restorative Yoga is a gentle and slow style of yoga focused on recovery and deep relaxation of body and mind. In this class, postures are maintained passively and comfortably through the use of supports such as pillows, blankets or blocks for prolonged periods to allow the body to recover, renew itself and heal. Restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system that allows the body to release tension and stress and the mind to enter a state of deep stillness.
We work gently on the spine with bending, slight twisting and simple inverted positions with a beneficial effect on blood circulation and blood pressure.
We take the time to listen and observe both the sensations in the body and the activity of the mind, to regain inner balance and develop self-awareness.

Supports to use:

a mat
cushions of various sizes,
blocks if you have any
one or more blankets
a mask, scarf or eye pad
everything that can help you relax: comfortable clothes, socks, essential oils, etc..
Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes

From September 7th evening Restorative Yoga, regular lesson every Monday evening from 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm
