Yoga is a method that adapts very well to childbirth preparation and significantly alleviates disturbances during pregnancy. It increases general well-being, promotes relaxation and strengthens confidence in one’s own resources. In this way the period of pregnancy is experienced as an inner growth, which has a positive influence on the mother-to-be, the newborn baby and the whole environment.
We have two lessons dedicated to expectant mothers:
- Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with Francesca Paris.
- Saturday from 10.10 am to 11.30 am with Susana Tavares.
Both lessons are held online and are part of the normal carnet or subscription.
