My first encounter with Yoga was in 2010 and it has been a constant companion ever since; my personal practice, my time on the mat as well as the time seated in meditation are an integral part of my daily life.
I decided to become a yoga teacher after attending an intensive and transformative seminar with world famous spiritual teacher Deepak Chopra, completing my first Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200) with Michela Montalbetti the following year. Ever since becoming a teacher I’ve been constantly expanding my knowledge of this discipline studying and completing trainings with teachers like Simon Park, Mark Stephens and Nico Luce. More recently I explored the therapeutic wisdom of yoga with Doug Keller finding a deeper and more sustainable way to practice yoga.
Apart from yoga (hatha, vinyasa and yin) I also attended trainings on Thai yoga massage, regression hypnosis and on meditation techniques based the ancient text Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. I’m passionate about ancient and modern philosophies and spirituality that help human beings reconnect to their true essence in order to approach life in a more authentic, conscious way and from a deeper place.
My classes are breath-focused (lots of breathing through the heart!) and combine freedom of movement with alignment and stability. They are rooted in the ancient teachings of the yogic philosophy, yet completely evolutionary in their design to meet the needs of the modern yogi.
I teach both in Italian and English.
