Teacher of Fitness and Dance since 1989, Psychomotorist and Counselor.

I have the good fortune to do a job I love and in all these years of teaching I have learned a lot from my students and I believe that the continuous exchange between people helps to grow.

I am increasingly convinced that the “mind lies and of body speaks”. The goals that I like to make students achieve are the awareness of a body that moves in space, the psychophysical well-being and the ability to overcome their limits.

My philosophy: – Albert Einstein- “We cannot expect things to change if we continue to do the same things. The crisis is the greatest blessing for people and nations, because the crisis brings progress. Creativity is born of anguish, just as day is born of the dark night. It is in the crisis that inventiveness, discoveries and great strategies arise. Those who overcome the crisis overcome themselves without being “overcome””.
