The wall is a prop that can help everyone to open the body, stabilize a pose and go deeper in the wholesome of the asana. In this workshop open to all levels we will discover the use of the wall in many asanas, from a simple Standing Forward Bend, to a handstand! Just join and enjoy, explore with curiosity…and then you will always find this prop everywhere you go!
