Prenatal Flow Yoga: Developing a Strong Pregnant Body & Mom/Baby Connection Taught in English by now third-time mom Mollie Bridgeman, Prenatal Flow is a class designed to strengthen the bodies, minds and maternal connections of expectant moms while providing a foundation for consistent yoga practice. During class, students are welcomed to share their feelings and prenatal developments, then move on to breath and body awareness through meditation, pranayama and asana. The class is taught from an Anusara yoga perspective, incorporating the Universal Principles of Alignment while teaching moms to strengthen their bodies and “flow with grace” during this all-important lifetime event.
