My name is Simona, I am a qualified instructor of fitness courses (aerobics, step, toning, functional training, postural gymnastics, yoga-fitness, …) and with this work I teach people to achieve their well-being through physical activity. I approached Pilates in 2005, first as a pupil and then undertook a training course, always in constant evolution, where I approached the different teaching methods until I obtained the international certification Polestar. In 2013 I had the opportunity to meet the physiotherapist with whom I still collaborate and to get to know the fascinating world of Pilates machines (Reformer, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac and Spring Wall), also used in the field of prevention and rehabilitation for people with particular pathologies or motor difficulties: in fact, the springs used in general as resistance to movements, as well as increasing the challenge of training, can provide more assistance in the execution of exercises as needed. In recent years I have thus acquired a method of training, individual and group, able to respond in a personalized way to multiple needs without losing sight of the common goal of improving their quality of life.
