We will use yoga postures, guided relaxation, and breath awareness to help prepare the body and mind for birth as well as relieve the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy. We will cover various effective labor techniques along with successful strategies for navigating the often-challenging postpartum period. Our prenatal yoga class will provide a nurturing environment for you to connect with your baby and the opportunity to forge supportive relationships with other expectant mamas in the community. Optional herbal tea and conversation will follow every class. Beginners welcome!
