Starting Thursday November 30th, from 9.30 to 10.30, regular class with Kat Walser. In English.
In this one-hour dynamic power vinyasa class, we will build core strength while keeping up the pace, so you won’t feel as though you need a workout after your yoga practice.
Emphasis will be placed on breath control (pranayama) and working with the bandhas (body locks) in this fun and functional flow class, inspired by classes from California.
