Acrobatic balance for families

Saturday January 6, workshop with Berta Dias, from 10.00 to 12.00, Yoga Roof Lugano Sud.  For adults and kids from 5 years old. In Italian. 

Acrobatic balances are a physical activity that allow to unveil truths about yourself and your relationship with others, improving your knowledge and strengthen your body. During the workshop, we will do playful exercises that will tightens social and emotional  bonds between each other.

The idea of the workshop is to offer a range of basic exercises in order to give you the possibility to try them, know your body and your breath. You will learn to find your balance point minimizing the strength needed during the exercises. During this you will play and laugh with your family.

Price: 39.- per adult. 9.- for each kid. You can come with more than one kid. The third one doesn’t pay!

Reservation for workshops are binding. If for any reason you should not be able to attend a workshop you are signed up for, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation with at least 24 hour notice. Should this not be the case, the class will be billed.

Berta Dias

Berta was born in Barcelona where she studied at the Professional Circus school, forming as an artist of trapeze and canvas and becoming teacher of Circus and sociale Circus.
Thanks to her passion for the comprehension of human body and the relationship between emotion and physical postures, she studied Pilates and she graduated as a teacher in 2009.
After year spent working with be body through Pilates and the Circus, she decided to study in deep the relationshipe between body, mind and spirit studying Yoga. She really liked it and she integrated it in her life. She is a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga RYT 200 hr since 2014.

She is living with her family (she is mother of two child) in Ticino.

In every class Berta wants to convey love, passion, comprehension and connection with the body. She worked with athletes, elder people, people with pains, children with social problem (and without) and she combined Pilates and yoga for pregnant and postpartum women.
