General Frames of Application

Our general terms and conditions given below apply to contractual relationships with Yoga Roof, to any accomplishments and/or to all goods and services. If any regulations should become ineffective, outstanding terms and conditions will keep being valid. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the legal establishment. When placing any order, the purchaser declares accordance to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Deviating terms/agreements require our written agreement.

Prices

All prices are gross prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Yoga Roof is exempt from VAT. Price changes, misapprehension and errors are excepted. Prices are binding as applied at the time of the order.

Conditions of Payment

Any product or services bought require advance payment. Shipping of products happens after confirmation of payment, either online (credit card) or through wire to the bank account stated below.

Any personal information we ask you to give us is needed for business purposes only. It will be saved considering the data protection regulations. We treat all personal information as confidential. We will never pass any personal information to unauthorized third parties and will at any time protect it from unauthorized access. Products

Delivery Methods and Timing

The purchaser orders by sending off our online order form. Yoga Roof then acknowledges your order and delivers the goods. You will receive an e-mail that confirms your purchase as soon as you have completed ordering online. Every single shipment will be delivered to the shipping address chosen by the purchaser. Once we have received an order, the goods will be prepared for delivery either the same day or the following day (depending on what time you order). The shipment will be sent by the Swiss Post. Purchasers may normally expect the goods to be delivered between 2 – 5 days. If an article has temporarily run out of stock, it may prolong the delivery time for about 14 days. In case of general unavailability of an article, we reserve the rights to not deliver it. If so we will naturally inform you immediately. More information about Delivery & Prices here.

Delivery to a foreign country

For delivery to a foreign country, duty and other fees, as well as taxes can be charged in the recipient country. These costs are borne by the purchaser and must be settled directly with the relevant authorities. We recommend that you collect the relevant information by addressing the responsible authorities of your country in advance.

Refund & Returns Policy

We guarantee the right to return unsatisfactory products within 10 workdays if they have not been used. Replacement deadline is kept by the dispatch of the goods on time (postmark is appreciable). After expiration of the replacement deadline a binding purchase will be on hand.

The right to return unsatisfactory products is not valid for price-reduced goods and on the occasion of bargain sales.

The right to return unsatisfactory products require that, at any time, products must not be used and being in brand new condition as it has been dispatched. Products are considered as unused as long as there are no detectable traces of usage. Moreover, the products must be returned in unspoilt, intact original packaging together with the complete appropriate accessories. Returns are only accepted if they are sufficiently stamped. After the receipt in acceptable conditions of the return, the amount will be refunded without any postage charges.

Returns from foreign countries have to be declared clearly as reshipment (tax-free) so that no further expenses occur at the Swiss custom.

Availability Reserve

If we determine any unavailability in stock upon receipt of the order, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent product or to withdraw from the contract. If necessary, we refund the money which has already been transferred.

Ownership

The ownership of goods remains vested in the seller (Yoga Roof SAGL) until certain obligations (usually payment of the purchase price) are fulfilled by the buyer.

Welcome Packages

All new yogis who want to try our lessons: two lessons for the price of one or one month trial.

These offers are not cumulative and are valid only for new customers YOGA ROOF.

Refund / Cancellation policy

Time and Count subscriptions are personal and not reimbursable.

In special cases (transfers, illness, injury) they can be transferred to another person. A request to that effect must be submitted in writing to info@yogaroof.ch

The expiration time of all subscriptions is fixed. Passes can be exploited only during the period of validity. There is no refund for expired subscriptions.

10 entrance passes have a period of 6 months expiry after purchase.

20 entrance passes have a period of 12 months expiry after purchase.

Currently, our reservations are not binding, i.e. only lessons attended (even partially) will be charged. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

Suspension

For holiday or business reasons subscriptions of 3, 6 and 12 months can be paused once and for a specified period. Such suspensions must be requested in advance in writing to info@yogaroof.ch

The 3 month subscription can be suspended for up to 1 week.

The 6-month subscription can be suspended for two weeks. The suspension must be at least 1 week.

The 12-month subscription can be suspended for up to 4 weeks. The suspension must be at least 1 week.

The welcome packs can not be suspended or extended. Their expiry date is peremptory.

Special cases: the carnet of 10 or 20 entries, subscriptions of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months may be suspended for important reasons (illness, accident or pregnancy). The suspension must be requested in writing to .

Private lessons and workshops

The dates provided for private lessons are binding and will be charged in full unless they are canceled with 24 hours in advance.

Bookings for the workshops are mandatory. A refund for a private workshop can be issued only in case of illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Program Changes

The changes to the program of yoga classes Roof (timetables, teachers, etc..) Can occur at any time. They will be posted on the website. Individual customers will not be notified personally, either in writing or by phone. No refunds will be made.
