This is an endurance-building practice that focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and alignment. Come to move, breathe and increase focus and precision.  Ideal for athletes looking to improve performance and supplement their various routines  – cycling, running, swimming, climbing, tennis, skiing, etc.  Led by Mollie, in English, with upbeat tunes.
