Mollie Bridgeman began practicing yoga in 2001 while studying communications as a student at Colorado State University. For 11 plus years she has developed a practice in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, strengthening her passion for movement, meditation and relaxation. In early 2012 Mollie decided to deepen her practice by joining an Anusara Yoga Immersion with Jeff Fisher in Zurich, Switzerland, a 100-hour exploration of the Anusara method, Universal Principles of Alignment and Tantric philosophy. Later in the year, Mollie went on for a teaching certification through Jeff’s Teacher Training program. She has also consistently practiced with Anusara-Inspired teacher Kelly Griswold over the last 18 months at Yoga Roof. Additionally, Mollie has extensively studied the methods and modifications used in prenatal yoga teaching tools from Sue Elkind and Geeta Iyengar. Mollie is just starting out on her journey as a teacher and looks forward to a future of continuing her studies and helping others develop a practice to be cherished throughout life.
