I am a registered Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and have been practicing yoga with a strong love and passion since my first introduction 10 years ago. My training has mostly been in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, but I have also integrated Iyengar yoga into my practice for the past 3 years. I have studied in Australia, Malaysia and India under a variety of different teachers of each of these three styles. I am a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and combine my knowledge of the Japanese meridian system and my lifelong practice of meditation into my yoga classes. My classes have a strong focus on pranayama as I believe that, as we begin life with a breath, the breath is the first step of our practice.
