Yoga teacher and certified counselor.

Yoga has become part of my live travelling. I had a first encounter in Assisi with Anthony Elenjimittam, domenican priest and Gandhi disciple, and then with Swami Ramaswarupananda, a monk of the Sivananda School. Thanks to him I traveled many times in India where I could practice yoga in various ashram in Himalaya. The turning point happened in Kerala in 2008 where, in an Ayurvedic clinic, I met the teacher Soorya Raviji. Under his guidance I did the teacher traning (Yoga Alliance RYT 300) with a specialization in Kirya Yoga.

Kriya Yoga is an ancient technique born in India that combines the singing of mantras, the physical exercises (asana) and the kriya (sequences of breathing practices). The Sivasoorya’s system works on various levels: physical, emotional and mental in order to develp hamony and balance through a simple and complete purification process that helps us to release stress and tensions, helping to achieve the psychological and physical well being. It is a practice for everyone.
